Ferrari has given the world its first look inside the Luce, the Maranello marque's first all-electric vehicle, and it is exactly as dramatic as you would expect.
Unveiled on February 9th in San Francisco, the Luce represents the most significant shift in Ferrari's 80-year history. The company initially teased the idea back in October 2025, but the reality is now taking shape, with a full public debut scheduled for May in Rome.
The interior shots reveal a cockpit that balances Ferrari's racing DNA with the clean minimalism that electric architecture demands. The driver-focused layout remains, but the absence of a transmission tunnel has opened up space that Maranello's designers have used to rethink the entire cabin experience.
Performance details remain closely guarded, though rumours suggest output north of 1,000 horsepower with the instant torque delivery that only electric motors can provide. The big question, as with all electric supercars, is whether it can deliver the emotional experience that Ferrari buyers are really paying for.
The Luce arrives into a supercar landscape that is rapidly electrifying. Lamborghini's Revuelto is already on roads, Porsche's Taycan continues to evolve, and Aston Martin is pushing ahead with its own EV plans. But none of them carry the weight of the prancing horse.
