Rick Ross has officially revealed the tracklist for his upcoming album Set In Stone, and the Miami boss is not coming lightly. The 19-track project arrives on Friday 17 July via Maybach Music Group under an exclusive license to Gamma, marking his first solo studio album since 2021's Richer Than I Ever Been.
The feature list reads like a who's who of Southern rap royalty. Don Toliver opens the album on "Caviar Bumps" before returning for "Maybach Music VII", the latest instalment in Ross's long-running signature series. T.I., Gucci Mane and Jeezy each bring veteran weight, reuniting three architects of the 2000s Southern rap sound that Ross helped define. Kodak Black adds another Florida connection, while BigXthaPlug represents the new generation of Southern voices. French Montana, Yung Miami, YFN Lucci, Max B, Leon Thomas and Rich The Kid round out a roster that balances legacy with currency.
Set In Stone has been a long time coming. Originally announced in May with a June release date, the album was quietly pushed back by just over a month. Neither Ross nor his team publicly addressed the delay, though Apple Music eventually updated the listing to 17 July. The cover art continues his signature lavish aesthetic, depicting Ross draped in fur and diamonds against a marble backdrop, a monument to the persona that has sustained him across two decades.
The album arrives amid Ross's Port of Miami 20th Anniversary Tour, which pairs his biggest records with the Renaissance Orchestra and the Sainted Trap Choir for a cinematic live experience. The tour has been running through major US venues, with guests encouraged to attend in formal black-tie attire, a fittingly grand staging for an artist who built his brand on extravagance.
Since emerging in 2006 with Port of Miami, Ross has released 11 solo studio albums, founded Maybach Music Group and cultivated a reputation for vivid storytelling set against booming, luxurious production. Set In Stone appears to continue that tradition, with track titles like "Minks in Miami", "Porsche GT3 RS" and "Diamonds Never Die" leaving little doubt about the territory Ross continues to occupy.
